Monthly Program
Full interior and exterior treatment visit each month. Gel bait refresh, spray of active areas, drain treatment, exterior bait station check. Best for rental properties, hospitality businesses, and properties in high-pressure locations like Canggu or Kuta. Monthly program price is significantly lower per visit than individual call-out rates.
Quarterly Program
Four comprehensive treatment visits per year. Suitable for privately occupied villas with moderate pest pressure. Between visits, we provide WhatsApp support for any emerging pest issues at no additional call-out charge within the program period.
Pre-Rental Clean
One-off comprehensive treatment before a new rental season or between long-term tenants. Covers all pest categories: cockroaches, ants, rodents, mosquito larval source treatment in water features. Treatment report provided for property records.
Construction Site Treatment
New villa construction sites attract rodents and pests from disturbed soil and stored materials. Monthly treatment during the construction period prevents establishment of populations that subsequently enter the completed building.
